By using our website and placing an order for goods you confirm your agreement to our Terms and Conditions as set out below.
Conditions
An order for goods placed by you through our website shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. None of these Terms and Conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Orders
Once an order is accepted a contract will be formed between you and Cole Woodturners. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided on the order form. We may contact you to provide further information to enable your order to be evaluated and processed. We are entitled to refuse any order or part of an order placed.
Goods
The goods may differ slightly from the images shown. In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship the items requested we will refund or credit your credit or debit card.
Prices
The price of the goods will be the price on the website at the date the order is received.
Payment
When you place an order under these Terms and Conditions payment will be charged to the debit or credit card account provided by you on the website order form or through PayPal. On receipt of your order we will use Secure Trading to validate your payment.
Delivery
The goods will be delivered to you normally within 7 days but please allow up to 14 days in case we are exceptionally busy. The goods will be delivered to the invoice address provided on the order form or to an alternative delivery address if required.
Return and exchange of goods
In the event of the need to return or exchange goods please contact us on 01597 811300 . If the goods are returned in good condition within 14 days after delivery we will refund or replace as required.
Postage Packaging and Delivery
UK only
Postage with the UK is £2.50.
Exceptionally heavy or bulky items may need to be negotiated individually for carriage arrangements.
Overseas
For overseas delivery (including the Channel Islands) there is a postage and packaging charge of £2.95 plus an additional £1.00 per item.
Goods will normally be dispatched within 7 days but please allow up to 14 days in case we are exceptionally busy
